Noida Extension — my head is spinning trying to figure things out. I'm looking at Mahagun Manorialle, which is ongoing, and honestly, the possession timelines scare me. My parents keep saying under-construction projects always get delayed, adding to EMI stress. Is that true for Mahagun specifically? I heard about some getting stuck for years. Also, what's the actual total cost of ownership there? Builders show one price, but then there's PLC, stamp duty, registration, and God knows what else. Is the builder trustworthy with delivery and quality? I don't want to pay maintenance for a half-finished society. Any experiences with their past projects? Need some real talk, not brochures.

Yaar, I'm in the same boat. My parents are constantly telling me ki under-construction projects are a trap. Mahagun Manorialle ka official possession date 2021-12-31 tha, which is already past! Has anyone actually gotten possession or even a clear updated timeline? This delay anxiety is real, especially with EMIs.
