Dekh raha hoon Farukh Nagar side, wahan Landmark Group ke kuch under-construction projects pasand aaye hain. Builder ne bola possession 2.5 saal mein ho jayega, but I'm really nervous about delays and the under-construction fear factor. Kitna extra lagta hai beyond the base price, yaar? Stamp duty, registration, interiors, wiring, sab milake kitna budget rakhna chahiye? Parents bol rahe hain ki hidden costs bahut hote hain, and I'm honestly not sure if I've accounted for everything. My budget is around ₹78L for the property itself, so I need to know how much more to keep aside. Is it better to go for a ready-to-move resale flat to avoid these uncertainties, ya under-construction mein ROI better rehta hai? Koi please apna experience share karega?
