Aur M3M Skycity ka construction quality site pe dekh ke kya lagta hai, will it be okay? Koi batao, should I gamble with under-construction ya ready project hi lena chahiye?

Totally get what you're saying! M3M Skycity ka toh naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend booked in another M3M project in Airport Road (Gurgaon side), and the delays have been insane – almost 2 years past the RERA date, and still no possession. Ready-to-move projects, even with slightly higher price, feel much safer. The peace of mind is truly priceless, especially when kids are out and you just want stability and no builder hassles. Gambling with under-construction projects just adds too much stress to life, believe me.
