Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now I'm seriously looking at Sadashiv Peth. Logipark jaisa builder ke under-construction project mein invest karna kitna risky hai? Matlab, they keep delaying possession and transparency toh zero hai. Site visit pe bhi sab achha dikhate hain, but actual delivery ka kya scene hai? What are the red flags for delivery risk nobody tells first-time buyers? Has anyone faced similar issues with Logipark ya koi aur builder? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karoon.

Totally feel you! Sadashiv Peth is prime, but Logipark ka naam toh maine bhi suna hai delays ke liye. Especially for first-time buyers like us, yeh tension alag se hoti hai. What kind of red flags are you seeing specifically on their RERA portal? That's usually a good starting point.
