Landlord ne rent badha diya, I'm fed up of renting. Ghaziabad mein property dekh raha hoon. Renowned Nirman City ready hai. But Rungta Buildwell Rungta Apt - 5 ka status 'null' hai. Yaar, landlord ne rent itna badha diya hai ki ab bas ho gaya. Soch raha hoon Ghaziabad mein hi apna ghar le loon. Nirman City ke projects ready hain, but budget thoda stretch ho raha hai. Rungta Buildwell Rungta Apt - 5 ka ad dekha, location bhi theek lag rahi hai, par status 'null' dikha raha hai. Bhai, ye 'null' status ka kya matlab hai? Aur 2014 ki possession date thi, abhi tak nahi mila kya? Builders ka track record kaise check karte hain? Kya price advantage ke liye aise projects mein haath
