Is it just me or are under-construction projects in Bangalore a massive gamble right now? I'm eyeing a DSR project near K R Puram. The builder-buyer agreement had so many hidden charges and clauses I almost missed. Honestly, the final quote for a 2BHK is way higher than initial talks. They keep adding PLC, club house, maintenance advance... it feels endless. My parents keep saying new projects are risky. Did anyone else get surprised by the actual 'all-in' price after seeing the brochure? What did you do to avoid these cost shocks?

Totally agree yaar! Builders always do this. My friend faced the same with a project in Aavalahalli.

DSR ka track record toh mixed hai, especially with delays. K R Puram mein options bahut hain, why only DSR?
Same here! I was looking at a project in Adigara Kallahalli, and the sales guy was so smooth. Then the final quote came, and I felt like I was being scammed. These 'initial talks' are just bait. What did you end up doing about the DSR project, did you push back on the charges?
