Been looking at Mohali properties for ages now and honestly, sab bolte hain ki under-construction le lo, sasta padega. But I'll say what no one says: it's a trap for first-time buyers. Surendra Homes ka project hai Karnki mein, delivery date 2026 hai, but matlab, kaise believe karein? So many delays happen. Resale seems way safer, you know exactly what you're getting. Why take such a huge risk with your first home? Change my mind.

Yaar, but under-construction mein price ka advantage milta hai na? Mohali mein resale toh sky-high hai. Thoda risk lena padta hai for good returns, especially for first-time buyers jo budget tight rakhte hain.

Dekho, I booked in Airport Road side, Gurgaon, 3 years back. Delay hua 1.5 saal ka, but jo price increase hua, uske saamne compensation kuch nahi tha. Still, overall, it turned out to be almost 25% cheaper than what a ready-to-move flat would cost today in the same area. Risk hai but rewards bhi hain, agar builder thoda reputed ho.
Price advantage kitna milta hai realistically? Aur delays ka compensation kya hota hai, agar builder ne date extend kar di?
