Under-construction projects are just a delivery gamble
Been looking for 6 months now in Noida Extension, especially Omicron 1A. I'm a first-time buyer aur honestly, under-construction projects seem more budget-friendly. But delivery risk ka bahut darr lag raha hai. Kya kisi ko Realty Buzz ka experience hai? Unka ek project dekha hai aur delivery date kaafi tight lag rahi hai. Parents bolte hain ready-to-move lo, but mera budget wahan tak ja nahi raha. Also, property price ke alawa kitna extra kharcha aata hai? Matlab, stamp duty, registration, interiors, yeh sab mila ke log bolte hain 15-20% extra lag jata hai. Is it true? Should I stretch my budget for ready-to-move ya under-construction mein risk lena sahi hai? Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki kaise evaluate karoon ki builder time pe dega ya nahi. Any practical advice?

Bhai, same darr hai! Mera bhi budget ready-to-move ke liye stretch ho raha hai, aur under-construction projects mein discount milta hai toh lagta hai le loon. Par Realty Buzz ka naam sunke thoda doubt ho raha hai. Delivery date tight lag rahi hai toh aur vigilance chahiye.
