Two years ago, I booked a 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension. Builder ne 2.5 saal bola tha, ab 3.5 ho gaye. Metro Suites Homes LLP Shivpuri project, OC ka pata nahi. Is under-construction worth it? Ya RTM hi lena chahiye?
