Under-construction projects are just not worth the mental stress.
Noida Extension mein property dekh raha hu apne family ke liye. I'm upgrading, need at least a 3BHK for the kids. My wife's priority is a good school nearby aur safe neighborhood. Gaurs Group aur ATS Group ke kuch projects dekhe hain. Honestly, not sure about under-construction versus ready-to-move. RERA ke baad bhi possession delays ka darr lagta hai, especially with kids' school admissions. Is it worth paying the premium for RTM just for peace of mind, ya under-construction mein achha deal mil sakta hai? Especially with the Jewar Airport aur Metro extension ka buzz, will UC projects near these areas actually deliver on time? Kya kisi ko recent experience hai construction-linked plans ka? Lagta hai bahut risk hai. Should I stretch my budget for a RTM near Pari Chowk instead? Kya advice hai community ka? Bohut confused hu.
