Under-construction projects are just not worth the risk anymore, right?
I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying in Pune. Dekh raha hoon Kushal Sagar Sagar Tower (ready) and Austin Yana (under-construction). Ready-to-move ka peace of mind sahi lagta hai, but Austin Yana ka price point thoda better hai. Matlab, builder trust kitna matter karta hai for ongoing projects? Aur kya 5-year appreciation mein under-construction projects catch up kar paate hain? Thoda darr lag raha hai delays ka.

Totally agree yaar. Under-construction projects are a nightmare waiting to happen. My friend booked in Ambegaon 4 years ago, still no possession. Builder ne bas dates pe dates di. Ready-to-move ka peace of mind priceless hai, even if it costs a bit more.
