Under-construction projects are just not worth the stress.
Is ready-to-move always better than under-construction, even with the price difference? We just moved into our 3BHK on Kalawad Road, Balaji Group project. Honestly, after seeing friends stuck with Pramukh Group delays, we paid more for RTM. Was that a smart move, or did we overpay?

My two cents: NEVER trust a builder who doesn't have a clear track record. Humne ek chhota builder choose kiya tha sirf 5% kam price ke liye, aur ab pachta rahe hain. Quality compromise hui hai, aur finishing bhi theek nahi hai. Ready-to-move mein atleast aap physically inspect kar sakte ho. Don't make the same mistake, budget ke chakkar mein quality aur peace mat compromise karna.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Ab toh hasi aati hai apne decisions pe. RTM is the only way!
Dekho, Pramukh Group ki reputation toh kharab hai delays ke liye, but Balaji Group mein Kalawad Road pe RTM ke liye kitna premium pay kiya? Kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki log unnecessarily panic karte hain. Har UC project Pramukh jaisa nahi hota.
U5, Kalawad Road pe abhi 3BHK RTM ka average rate 3800-4200 per sqft chal raha hai, depending on amenities and exact location. UC mein yehi cheez 3200-3500 tak mil jaati hai. So haan, difference toh 15-20% ka rehta hai. But jaise U1 ne kaha, stress ka factor bahut bada hai. Mera cousin ne bhi Krishna Kunj mein RTM liya tha, thoda mehnga pada but he's happy.
Sahi baat hai U4. Premium toh definitely hota hai, but peace of mind ke liye worth it. Kalawad Road pe abhi 3BHK RTM ka kya rates chal rahe hain? Koi idea hai current market conditions ka Rajkot mein?
Haan yaar, sahi decision liya tumne. Mera dost Pramukh Group mein phasa hai, 2 saal se possession nahi mila. Rent bhi de raha hai aur EMI bhi. RTM ka peace of mind priceless hai, thoda extra paisa toh chalta hai.
Bhai, tumne toh bilkul sahi kiya. Main bhi UC mein gaya tha, socha thoda save kar loonga. Ek saal se zyada ho gaya, builder RERA ka fine bhi bhar raha hai but construction speed bahut slow hai. Ab toh lagta hai ki ready-to-move hi lena chahiye tha, kam se kam immediate shifting ka option toh hota.
Totally agree! Balaji Group ka track record acha hai. Humara toh Krishna Kunj mein ek project 1.5 saal late ho gaya tha, headache hi headache.
