Under-construction projects are not worth the stress
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Looking at 3BHK around ₹90L in Siddhartha Vihar or Crossings. Should I trust under-construction by Gaurs, or ready-to-move from SG Estates? RERA helps, but delays... what's the real ground reality for possession these days?

Bhai, under-construction ka toh naam hi mat lo. Stress hi stress hai. RERA bhi ab bas date pe date dilwata hai, asli possession ka kuch pata nahi. Mera ek project near Ahinsa Khand 1, delays for years.
Totally agree! Mera bhi yahi haal hai. Sochta hoon ready-to-move hi le loon, tension free.
