Visited an SBP Group project in Zirakpur. Their possession timeline seems too optimistic. My last UC property's EMI plus current rent really impacted cash flow. Is this delay standard now, ya mera calculation galat hai?

SBP Group? Aren't they known for this? I heard some not-so-good things about their past projects near New Chandigarh, especially regarding amenities. Did you check their RERA status for this specific Z
Bhai, you're not alone! SBP Group ka toh pata nahi, but most builders in the Chandigarh region are notorious for delays. Mera ek friend ka project bhi 2 saal late chal raha hai. EMI aur rent ka double burden is real, it's a nightmare for first-time buyers like us.
