Did a site visit to JKG Palm Court and Eldeco Live By The Greens this past week. JKG is ready to move, which is great, but Eldeco's pricing for an ongoing project seems quite high. I'm torn between the immediate possession of JKG and the potential appreciation of Eldeco. Is going for an under-construction project like Eldeco still worth the gamble, especially with builder delays? What's the general sentiment on Eldeco's delivery track record?
