₹3.35 Cr for Tata La Vida Phase 2. Compared to Conscient Elevate at ₹5 Cr, under-construction projects mein quality issues pehle hi dikh jaate hain. Ready-to-move mein sab chhupa dete hain. Change my mind.

Really? Under-construction projects also have their own set of hidden issues, especially delays and cost overruns. Plus, what about the quality of materials being used that you can't always see during site visits? Ready-to-move might have initial issues but at least you know what you're getting upfront.

Delays toh hote rehte hain, but structural quality is what matters. At least in UC, you can push for changes or better materials during construction, right?
