My lease ends soon, and I'm trying to figure out Bengaluru property. Dekh raha hoon Agrahara Layout mein kuch options, like from 42 Estates. But honestly, property price toh theek hai, uske upar kitna extra lagta hai? Stamp duty, registration, interiors... sab mila ke total cost kitna upar jaata hai? Also, under-construction mein invest karna kitna risky hai? Delivery delays ka bohot sunte hain. Kaise pata chale ki builder time pe dega? Any red flags I should look for?
