Under-construction projects in Bengaluru are a total gamble, especially with these big builders. My Puravankara 3BHK in Sarjapur Road, supposed to be ready last year, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Two years late, upar se maintenance charges aur infrastructure cost bol ke naye charges laga rahe hain. Initial brochure mein kuch nahi tha. RERA hai bolte hain, but delays ka kya? Builder toh penalty bhi nahi deta properly. Has anyone else faced this with Puravankara ya any other builder? How did you deal with these surprise costs?
