Buildlopers India ka project Sector 140 mein, it's making me so frustrated. I'm currently in a 2BHK yahan only, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK. Booked almost 3 saal pehle, they promised possession by 2024 end, but abhi tak kuch nahi hua. Mera EMI aur current flat ka rent dono chal raha hai, monthly ₹40k+ extra jaa raha hai. Is this normal for under-construction projects in Greater Noida? Should I just forget UC aur ready-to-move options dekhun, even if the price jump is high? Kya karein?

Bhai, you're not alone. Buildlopers ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Sector 140 mein bahut projects aise hi latke hue hain. Mera friend bhi फस गया था Alistonia Estate mein, same builder. Uska bhi 3 saal late hua. Yeh log promises toh bade bade karte hain, but delivery ke time gayab. ₹40k extra is a huge burden, I totally get your pain.
