Mera pichla 2BHK ka experience under-construction se bahut kharab tha. Builder ne 2 saal possession delay kiya, upar se maintenance aur PLC ke naam pe itna extra maanga. Ab 3BHK dekh raha hoon, shayad Omaxe mein, New Chandigarh mein. Ready-to-move hi lena chahiye kya? Already home loan chal raha hai, aur yeh delays se bahut tension hoti hai.

Bhai, totally relatable. Mera friend ka bhi Omaxe mein Manimajra project 3 saal late hua tha. Under-construction lena toh ek lottery hai. Ready-to-move hi best hai, at least jo dikhta hai, wohi milta hai. Home loan EMI aur rent, dono dena bahut mushkil ho jata hai. Meri toh himmat nahi hoti ab under-construction mein invest karne ki.
Haan yaar, builder promises pe bharosa karna mushkil hai. Especially New Chandigarh
