Under-construction projects in Pune are a huge gamble, especially for first-time buyers. Log bolte hain cheaper milta hai, but the mental stress of delivery delays and quality issues is real. I'm looking at Rudved Buildtech Llp in Hadapsar, but unka track record pe pura bharosa nahi ho raha. How do you guys evaluate a builder's actual delivery capability? What red flags should I look for during a site visit beyond just the sample flat? My parents keep saying 'ready-to-move le lo', ab samajh nahi aa raha. Disagree? Tell me why.
