Haan U6, bahut kuch hota hai. Society formation charges, corpus fund, electrical meter charges, water connection, fire safety, then GST on these if not included initially. Plus, if there are any design changes or material upgrades, woh bhi add ho jaate hain. Aur agar project delay hua toh EMI aur rent dono ka double burden.
