Has anyone actually seen Parsvnath Developers complete projects on time? I'm thinking of investing in Sector 19, but only if it's ready to move. Under-construction feels too risky, especially after hearing so many horror stories. Kya kisi ko pata hai, how much can I realistically expect rental yield to be in Sector 19? I've heard some crazy numbers, but I want to know the real picture. Should I just stick to ready-to-move flats even if the price is higher? Is it worth paying extra for peace of mind? Honestly not sure if the potential higher ROI of under-construction is worth the headache. I've seen this pattern before, where delays eat up all the potential gains.
