Just got possession in March in Sector 144, Grihapravesh Buildteck Pvt Ltd project. Honestly, the whole process was stressful enough *after* OC. Can't imagine the headache of dealing with under-construction delays. I was initially looking at some pre-launch deals, thinking 'early bird discount' sounded good. But then I heard so many horror stories, especially after RERA. Now I'm wondering if ready-to-move is always the better option, even if it costs a bit more upfront. Should I have taken the risk for a cheaper price, or was playing it safe the right move? What does everyone think? Vote A for ready-to-move is always better, B for under-construction can be worth it.
