Under-construction property risk in Rajkot is too high
Been looking for a 3BHK for almost a year now and I'm really fed up of renting near Kalawad Road. My landlord just raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Honestly, I was leaning towards under-construction for the potential appreciation, maybe something around 150 Feet Ring Road. Thought I'd save some on PLC or early bird discounts. But seeing all these project delays, especially with some builders like Balaji Group or even Satyam Group in other cities... it's making me super nervous. Heard about projects stretching 2-3 years past promised dates. Is it even worth the risk anymore? Should I just bite the bullet and go for a ready-to-move flat, even if it means paying a bit more upfront? Like, what's the real ground reality for under-construction projects near AIIMS or the Airport in Rajkot? Have others faced major delays here? What did you do?
