Under-construction quality: Investor's dilemma

Site visit pe gaya tha, under-construction quality dekh ke thoda confused hoon. Jo walls aur basic fittings abhi dikh rahe hain, kya yeh long-term mein theek rahenge? Resale value pe effect nahi aayega agar cracks ya seepage issues aaye toh? Investors ko kya dekhna chahiye, apart from just brochure pics?
