Bhai, 1.4 Cr+ for an upcoming project? That's a huge amount for something that's not even built yet. My friend got stuck with a project near Alpha II Greater Noida, possession date kept shifting. Be very careful with these builder promises. Aurum ka track record kaisa hai, pehle woh dekho.
