Honestly not sure how people buy under-construction without knowing the ground reality. Jab site visit karte hain, what are the actual red flags to look for in the construction quality? Not just the finished show flat, but the raw structure, wiring, plumbing. How do you check for potential cracks or seepage issues that might show up later? Any specific questions to ask the site engineer that they won't typically volunteer?
