Has anyone actually bought under-construction recently? I'm looking at Apex Buildcon India Pvt. Ltd. in Sector 144. The prices are tempting compared to ready-to-move, but my parents keep saying it's too risky. Is it worth saving money upfront if possession gets delayed indefinitely? Honestly, I had no idea about RERA until recently. Also, is Noida Extension actually better ROI than, say, Sector 144? The prices seem lower, but will they appreciate as much? I'm a first-time buyer, so ab samajh nahi aa raha. Should I just stick to something ready-to-move even if it means a higher EMI? Kya kisi ko pata hai?
