Sector 134 mein SAM India project dekha. OC milne mein time hai, but price sahi hai. Everyone says under-construction is risky, but ready-to-move mein EMI bohot zyada hai. What's your experience? Is it worth the risk for lower price? Noida Extension mein bhi same scene hai. Any thoughts?
