I'm based in Dubai and thinking of investing in Noida, but honestly not sure where to put my money. Heard a lot about AVJ Group in Sector 152. Builder ka track record kya hai? It's hard to tell from here. I can't do a site inspection myself, so need your honest opinions. Under-construction projects give better deals, right? But RERA ke baad bhi, darr toh lagta hai about delays. Is it worth the risk for a potentially higher ROI? Or should I stick to ready-to-move flats? Need a property manager too, if I rent it out. Any recommendations? Also, 2BHK or 3BHK for rental yield? Matlab, confused! Any help is appreciated.
