I'm seriously considering buying a bigger flat in Noida, need at least a 3BHK. My wife's priority is kids' school admission and it being safe for the children. Sector 30 mein kuch options dekhe, but mostly under construction hai. Has anyone dealt with Grihapravesh Buildteck Pvt Ltd? Builder ka track record kya hai, honestly not sure how much to trust RERA. Should I just stick to ready-to-move? Is it worth paying the extra premium for peace of mind? Also, rent vs buy – does the math actually work out in Noida these days? EMI is crazy high! Kya karu, confused hu. Any advice from people who've bought recently?
