Under-construction savings are often a myth in Sohna
Honestly, I'm finding this whole Sohna property search more complicated than I thought. Been tracking Bestech projects there, specially Bestech City 1 (ongoing) and Altura (completed). Initially, Altura ka higher upfront cost seemed like a dealbreaker, but now I'm thinking about the hidden costs in City 1. With City 1, builder ka timeline aur actual possession ka difference, plus all those PLC, EDC/IDC charges that keep adding up. Bestech Altura, being ready, gives a clearer picture of total cost of ownership. But is the premium worth it for Altura's immediate possession? Ya phir, City 1 mein future appreciation potential zyada hai? From my experience, under-construction projects mein final EMI bahut different ho jaati hai. Has anyone done a proper ROI calculation comparing a ready vs UC project in Sohna? What's the real appreciation outlook for these two Bestech projects over 5 years? Confused about where to put my money for best returns.
