Under-construction savings aren't worth the risk now, I feel. Ready-to-move (RTM) properties ka price gap Chandigarh mein bahut kam ho gaya hai. By 2026, RTM in Sector 49 already seems robust. Is waiting for under-construction projects like Omaxe really worth the appreciation loss? Kya future mein RTM ka premium aur badhega?

Yaar, totally agree with this post. I've been eyeing properties in Chandigarh for months, and the price difference between under-construction and RTM in areas like Sector 49 has really shrunk. Why would anyone risk their hard-earned money and peace of mind for a marginal saving that might get eaten up by delays anyway?
