Under-construction site visits always hide the real issues. I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm stressed. Panchsheel Pratistha mein I saw some finishing issues already, like plaster uneven. Kya lagta hai, yeh future mein construction quality ke problems banenge? Matlab, will it affect resale value ya fir maintenance ka kharcha badhayega? Builders toh bolte hain sab theek hai, but I know better.
