Been tracking Ghaziabad projects like Ascent Laxmi Villas for a while. Investor perspective se, green areas aur security systems kaafi important hain. Brochures pe dikhane wali open space aur actual site pe milne wali jagah mein difference hota hai. Aur security ke naam pe bas basic setup milta hai, not proper visitor management. What specific things do you guys check during under-construction site visits to gauge these quality issues?
