Under-construction site visits are mostly a waste of time
Are under-construction projects just a leap of faith in Noida? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya yaar. Finally decided to take the plunge, looking at Kesar Garden Apartment. Site visit pe jaake kya dekhoon, samajh nahi aata. Builders toh sab achha hi dikhate hain. Not sure if the basic structure and finishes jo abhi dikhti hain, wohi final quality hogi. Log bolte hain construction quality baad mein degrade hoti hai. Kya signs hote hain jo site pe hi dikh jaate hain for bad quality? Jaise, cracks already, ya uneven plastering? Should I specifically check for wall alignment, plumbing lines, ya electrical conduit? Apart from just the sample flat, what else matters? Should I get an expert for a site visit? Feeling a bit overwhelmed honestly.
