Under-construction site visits are so misleading

Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme ka site visit kiya last week. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Builders sab kuch perfect dikhate hain. But under-construction quality check kaise karein properly? Matlab, kya red flags hain jo humein dekhne chahiye during a site visit? Is the price jump worth it for something that might have hidden issues later?

Totally agree, bhai! Builders make everything look so good on paper aur site pe sab chamak-dhamak. But asal mein quality ka pata nahi chalta. I visited a project near Airport Road and felt the same. What exactly should we look for in the plumbing and electrical work?

U1, plumbing ke liye try to check the brand of fittings they promise vs what's actually there. Aur electricals mein wiring ka gauge aur switchboard brands check karo. Often they use cheap stuff. Ek aur red flag
