Under-construction site visits: What to spot remotely?

Been looking for 6 months now for an investment flat in Rajkot, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone especially. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. Property managers send videos, but kya tips hain to spot underlying construction quality issues from afar? Like, finishing of walls, plumbing lines, electrical wiring during initial stages. Doesn't this affect resale value and maintenance costs later? Also, power backup ka reality check bhi chahiye. Bas common areas backup milega ya full flat? I'm worried about attracting good tenants.
