Possession was in March for my 2BHK on Sarjapur Road. Honestly, I don't get why everyone pushes RTM so much. Matlab, RERA horror stories sunke log darr jaate hain. I booked my Prestige Group flat two years ago, and EMI chal raha tha. People said I'd regret it. But the price difference between my booking and current RTM in Electronic City or Whitefield is insane, like ₹30-40L for similar configurations. Yes, there were delays, but nothing major. My 2BHK was ₹95L then, now similar RTM in the area is ₹1.3Cr. Meri toh acchi savings ho gayi. Traffic aur water issues toh sab jagah hain, RTM mein bhi. Am I missing something? Sab bolte hain RTM is safe. But is the "safety premium" really worth it? Change my mind.
