Under-construction's real hidden costs for Bangalore projects
Under-construction risk for first-time buyers is often understated, especially when comparing projects like Sri Vishnu Green Park and Sattva Bliss. Sri Vishnu seems more budget-friendly initially, but you need to factor in the possession delay gamble. Sattva Bliss, being higher priced, offers a quicker move-in, which means less rent outflow. I've seen total cost of ownership (TCO) surprise many. For a 5-year appreciation, Sattva's premium location might give better ROI, but Sri Vishnu's lower entry point could yield higher percentage gains if delivered on time. What's your take on TCO for these two, considering hidden charges?

Totally agree with the post! 'Hidden costs' are no joke, especially for under-construction. I'm looking at Sri Vishnu Green Park, and the 2026 possession date already makes me nervous about delays. Builder penalties are often a joke compared to our rent outflow. Plus, the initial price range of ₹37 L – ₹70 L seems attractive, but will it stay that way after all the add-ons? Is it just me, or does everyone feel this risk and the pressure to stretch their budget?
