Underestimated site visits – my learning for Mohali 3BHK
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much detail goes into checking construction quality during site visits. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya maybe even a villa, and Emaar Amaris Mohali looks good on paper. But yaar, site visit pe kya kya dekhein beyond just the show flat? I realized ki plumbing lines aur wall finish ka initial check bahut important hai, warna baad mein bahut issues aate hain. Especially for water supply, I heard some projects have low pressure ya tanker dependency. How to check that during construction? Any tips on what to look for in an under-construction project to avoid a huge snag list later? Kya builders allow karte hain ki hum detailed check karein before possession? Share your experiences, especially from Mohali projects.

Totally agree, OP! I'm also a first-time buyer and this construction quality thing gives me nightmares. Emaar Amaris sounds good, but the price range (₹3.7 Cr – ₹6.3 Cr) is a huge jump for me. How do we even know if it's worth it?
Haan yaar, the wait is real. My uncle booked a flat near Basai and faced similar delays. Builders promise a lot but delivery is always an issue.
