Resale market ka issue toh hai. Yeh project 2029 tak toh bahut time hai, tab tak market conditions kitni change ho jayengi kaun janta hai. Aur agar builder delays karega, toh liquidity aur bhi kam ho jayegi. Is range mein kya koi aur better option hai j
Mere ek friend ne inke pichle project mein invest kiya tha, Amanora Park Town ke paas. 2018 mein book kiya tha, bola 2021 tak mil jayega. Abhi tak possession nahi mila hai, sirf dates badhate jaa rahe hain. Penalty bhi nahi dete properly. Toh, UNI 89 Wing B mein invest karne se pehle 100 baar sochna. Resale toh tab hogi jab original buyer ko possession milega pehle.

Absolutely, jaise aapne bola. Mere cousin ne inke Akurdi waale project mein book kiya tha, 2 saal late mila. Penalty ke liye bhi ladna pada tha. UNI 89 Wing B mein bhi yahi haal hoga lagta hai. Investment ke liye toh bilkul avoid.

Yaar, but ₹1.4 Cr – ₹1.9 Cr mein is location mein kuch milna mushkil hai. Price toh theek lag raha hai agar location acchi hai. Wing B ka design aur amenities dekhne mein toh good lag rahe hain. Kya pata is baar builder sudhar gaya ho? Main toh soch raha hu ek baar site visit karu.

I've heard multiple stories from their previous project near Ambegaon Budruk. Bahut log phanse hue hain, EMI bhi jaa rahi hai aur ghar bhi nahi mil raha. Totally unpredictable.
