₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Unibera's Chi I project – is this the actual price? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading. Builder bol raha hai ki negotiation possible hai, but kitna realistically? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be high. All-in cost mein property price ke alawa stamp duty, PLC, parking, yeh sab kitna add ho jaata hai? Don't want any hidden charges later. Kya lagta hai, is it worth the premium?
