Brochure mein amenities ka toh poora resort dikha rakha tha, but possession ke time adhe se zyada toh exist hi nahi karti thi, ya phir bas naam ki thi. Uninav Utopia ka RERA number (UPRERAPRJ869140) toh hai, aur possession date bhi 2027-04-01 dikha raha hai, but amenities ka actual status ground pe jaake hi pata chalega. Sirf brochure pe mat jaana, site visit pe sab check karna.

Expect at least 10-15% extra on top for PLC, car parking, club membership, electricity connection, GST, stamp duty, etc. Uninav Utopia mein bhi yahi hoga. They'll show you a low base rate, then add everything later. Budget bahut carefully plan karna padta hai.
Totally agree! Same issue with me. Abhay Khand mein bhi jab dekha tha toh yahi haal tha, 20% toh extra charges mein hi nikal jaate hain.
