Just moved into Unitech Espace Premiere last month, aur honestly, promised amenities aur actual delivery mein kaafi farak lag raha hai. Clubhouse facilities brochure mein toh mast thi, but yahaan itni use nahi hoti. Is it just me, ya sabko aisa hi lagta hai? Maintenance charges bhi high lag rahe hain for what we get. Kya kisi aur ne bhi yeh notice kiya hai?

Bhai, you're not alone! Unitech ka toh yahi haal hai. Humne bhi ek project dekha tha Badshahpur ke paas, same issues. Brochure mein sab gold plated lagta hai, real mein plastic. Espace Premiere mein toh 2016 se possession mil chuka hai na? Ab tak toh sab set ho jaana chahiye tha, par lagta hai builder ki legacy continues.
