Unitech Espace Premiere mein maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Builder ki marketing mein amenities toh bahot dikhate hain, like the big clubhouse and sports facilities. But actually, unka upkeep kaisa rehta hai? I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I need real ground truth. Is the service quality worth the monthly charges, ya bas naam ke liye hain?
