Yaar, this Unitech Espace Premiere project has been on my radar for a while. ₹3.5 Cr – ₹10.0 Cr is a huge range, makes me nervous. Original post ne sahi point uthaya, construction quality post-possession ka kya haal hai? Especially since possession was way back in 2016. Koi actual owners hain yahan jo bata sakein, amenities aur maintenance ka kya scene hai? Resale value pe impact toh padta hi hoga.
