Unitech Exquisite: Possession was a nightmare. Anyone else?

Two years back, I booked a flat in Unitech Exquisite, thinking it's a decent brand. Big mistake. Kids have moved out and I wanted something manageable, but this has been anything but. The possession was delayed by almost a year. And when they finally gave it, there were so many hidden charges! PLC, EDC, IDC… sab mila ke around 3 lakh extra. Honestly not sure if this is normal. And the construction quality? Plaster cracks are already showing. Matlab, what kind of quality is this? Resale of existing property funds are stuck now. Anyone else faced similar issues with Unitech? What did you all do? Should I take legal action?
