Sector 40 mein Unitech ka project finally mil gaya. Possession last month hi hua. Yeh super area ka chakkar bilkul samajh nahi aaya. Builder ne jo numbers dikhaye the, carpet area usse kaafi kam nikla. Matlab, 3BHK liya tha, but feel 2.5BHK jaisa hai. Aur yeh PLC, floor rise premium sab add karke price itna badh gaya. Initial quote se toh bahut different tha. Honestly, I'm feeling thoda duped. Kya builders yeh sab intentionally karte hain? Koi aur bhi Unitech projects mein yeh issue face kar chuka hai? Mohali mein yeh common practice hai kya? Negotiation se yeh PLC kam ho sakta tha, ya yeh fixed hota hai?

Yaar, Unitech ka toh yahi haal hai. Sector 40 mein aur bhi projects ka suna hai, sabka almost same experience. Yeh carpet area ka chakkar sabko rulata hai, builder ne jo numbers dikhaye the, woh toh bas sapne the lagta hai. Bahut common issue hai, bhai.
Sahi baat hai, mere dost ne bhi DLF Phase 5 mein liya tha, same issue. Builders bas numbers khelte hain, aur hum jaise first-time buyers toh phas ja
